Google fired the engineer who had the audacity to take note of the differences between men and women.
James Damore dared to notice certain things and even worse, talk about them.
I read Damore’s manifesto and watched him claw towards an answer. But there isn’t one. He’s still fraternizing with the enemy while trying to understand what he’s dealing with. Guess what: There isn’t an answer, at least not one anyone wants to hear.
Gizmodo wrote about Damore’s essay with a “wow, just wow” pause meant to inspire a disgust reflex, but since liberals’ senses are misdirected, it’s up to the normal people to read and understand:
In the memo, which is the personal opinion of a male Google employee and is titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber,” the author argues that women are underrepresented in tech not because they face bias and discrimination in the workplace, but because of inherent psychological differences between men and women. “We need to stop assuming that gender gaps imply sexism,” he writes, going on to argue that Google’s educational programs for young women may be misguided.
Like “racism,” the word “sexism” is an invention created solely as a weapon. (By the way, ask Leon Trotsky how he feels about that ice pick.) Damore seems to understand this, sort of.
Women want a “work-life balance” because we get knocked up and we raise children. This is not hard to understand but so many people spend a lot of intellectual energy on pretending otherwise.
Women are not “misrepresented in tech” in the same way camels are not misrepresented in flight.
What is our nature? What do we do?
Why do women earn “77 cents” on the dollar compared to a man?
We know why.
Women are hard-wired for stability, security, and yet they yearn for danger—but danger that belongs only to them, will keep them excited, and will never make them feel unsafe.
There is no shame in telling the truth.
Women also smell weakness on men like a bad cologne. This was your mistake. You acted logically and thoughtfully. What did Jack Nicholson say about women? “I think of a man and I I take away reason and accountability.”
Work smart, not hard, James.
By the way, we’re hiring.
Stay tuned for more.
Our researchers shut down Facebook’s biased left-wing trending news team. They discovered never before seen footage of a young Barack Obama whining about white privilege in Kenya. They debunked and destroyed Hillary Clinton’s narco baby mama Alicia Machado, who quit giving interviews because of us. And now, U.S. President Donald J. Trump himself reads this very website.
