GotNews has obtained a full copy of a failing restraining order against UC Berkeley College Republican and student Troy Worden, that was taken out against him by unhinged Berkeley ANTIFA ringleader Yvette Felarca.
Worden, a junior at UC Berkeley and a member of the Berkeley College Republicans, was targeted by Felarca with a frivolous restraining order.
The 47-year-old Felarca claims the young Worden was “stalking” her because Worden repeatedly exercised his First Amendment right to free speech in Berkeley’s “free speech zone” when Felarca was also present.
GotNews reached out to Worden’s attorneys for comment and learned that Felarca’s order was so frivolous that the court reduced it by 90% (from a 100 yard requirement to 10 yards) after she and other ANTIFA ringleaders spoke at her hearing, without even hearing Worden:
“On September 28, the Court started hearing evidence on whether a permanent restraining order should be granted. Petitioner testified along with several national BAMN organizers. Petitioner did not have a single student at the hearing to testify about events that transpired on the University campus that involved interactions between two student organizations. By the end of the hearing, petitioner still had not finished putting on all her evidence and the court reduced the scope and effect of the restraining order without hearing any evidence from Worden. Worden is looking forward to putting on his evidence and showing the court that this petition for a restraining order is simply a ploy being used by the organization By Any Means Necessary to shut down the free speech rights of the College Republicans.”
