In response to a Facebook invitation showing Trump’s face in front of a Nazi flag, over a hundred people indicated on communist group Refuse Fascism’s page their intention to protest the president’s speech Thursday aboard the retired carrier USS Intrepid, which the group deems a “museum of US military conquest.” Powerful donors in the charity sector are backing Refuse Fascism through its financial front, the Alliance for Global Justice, or AFGB. AFGB tax documents say the organization offers administrative support to over 80 others that “agree with the AFGJ vision”—to whom AFGJ can offer tax assistance, donation collection and processing, payroll services, and group health and liability insurance.
Nonprofit filings unearthed in a GotNews investigation reveal various elite figures funneling the largest amounts of unrestricted money to AFGB, and then effectively to Refuse Fascism, an antifa terrorist group whose initiator, Carl Dix, is an open member of the Revolutionary Communist Party (RCP). RCP members helped start leftist organization World Can’t Wait, one of the biggest, and longest-time, recipients of AFGB monies.
In 2014, The Brightwater Fund passed off $100,000 to AFGB. Brightwater is operated by Gloria Jarecki, the wife of physician and investment mogul Henry Jarecki. The Jareckis are so far into the global 1 percent they actually own an entire island in the Bahamas; anti-Wikipedia activists are accusing the free encyclopedia of, in exchange for massive donations, allowing the couple to shape the narrative on their own Wikipedia page.
The Winslow Foundation in 2015 gave an unrestricted $33,725 to AFGB. Wren Wirth, the wife of former Colorado Democratic Senator Tim Wirth, leads the foundation. Tim was a Clinton-era deputy secretary of state, and is now vice chair of the United Nations Foundation, the largest source of private funding for the U.N.
In 2015, the Satterberg Foundation passed along $10,000 to AFGB. The leftist Satterberg Foundation’s donation to AFGJ, not earmarked in nonprofit filings discovered by GotNews, seem to be missing from their website’s grantee database for years 2014-2016.
The Mize Family Foundation gave the AFGJ communist front an unrestricted $15,000 in 2015. Since 2014, the Mize foundation’s website has outlined that grant “proposals are accepted by invitation only,” which means they reached out to AFGJ as America’s would-be gravediggers.

Aside from the unrestricted donations to AFGJ Marxists, it’s notable that in 2015 The Arca Foundation had AFGJ set aside $25,000 for the Black Lives Matter-aligned Black Movement-Law Project (BMLP). The executive director of Arca is Anna Lefer Kuhn, previously a program officer at George Soros’ Open Society Institute. Soros’ role in supporting Black Lives Matter (BLM) terrorist groups has been widely reported on.
BMLP say they “work with local community groups to educate impacted communities in understanding their rights and responding to increased militarized police presence in their communities”—and ironically highlight their efforts in Baltimore, Maryland, where police restraint since the advent of BLM has caused the homicide rate to skyrocket.
After Refuse Fascism cheered the violent shutdown of a conservative activist’s planned February speech on the campus of the University of California, Berkeley, AFGJ’s national coordinator, Chuck Kaufman, said, “I wasn’t aware that Refuse Fascism was involved.”
Additionally interesting among AFGJ donors was the Firedoll Foundation, which in 2014 designated $17,000 for AFGJ accomplice Anarchists Against the Wall, or AAtW, a group of Israeli radicals who want to remove border barriers they consider strategies of ethnic cleansing. In her website biography, Firedoll co-founder Faye Straus expresses her passion for “facilitating Jewish-Palestinian dialogue.” And with the West Bank separation wall down, that dialogue is sure to be up close and personal.
