One officer gave us this version of events that directly contradicts Attorney General Eric Holder’s “Ferguson Report” earlier today.
The DOJ officers appear to have “made up” their own standards for deciding racial bias.
“The DOJ people flat out admitted in a meeting that they made up their own measurements [of racial animus] because the official ones didn’t suit them,” says a Ferguson source with knowledge of the discussions. “When the city attorney pointed out that it wouldn’t stand in court, the [Justice Department] said they’d worry about that if they had to litigate.”
In fact, Ferguson is well above the average for racial animus according to state reports first mentioned by GotNews.com.
