One of the charged co-conspirators in a foiled January plot to bomb a Trump gathering, Paul “Luke” Kuhn, has been caught violating the release agreement now keeping him out of jail, a GotNews investigation can reveal. Video of an April incident in Washington, published by Kuhn himself, reveals the 51 year old Maryland communist obstructing traffic, and encouraging others to do so.
During the incident, as activist bicyclists intentionally jammed a full lane of the Dupont Circle, a man in a white BMW attempted to turn right out of the traffic circle. Though bicyclists were unlawfully obstructing the vehicle, and the video shows the driver slowing to avoid not actually striking them, Kuhn flies into a rage at the driver’s attempt to turn.
“G*ddamn a*shole!” said Kuhn before instructing other cyclists to “Cut him off! Cut him off!”
A Kuhn video caption reads that a “‘BMW Privilige’ [sic] driver demands exclusive use of street, tries to RAM cyclists.”
Kuhn and fellow cyclists got off their bicycles in the middle of the street and obstructed the driver on foot, a misdemeanor in the District of Columbia.
In the video, Kuhn, who plotted to set off butyric acid bombs at January’s Trump-supporting Deploraball, adds, “I say, if you can afford a BMW, you can afford to wait.” A groundbreaking exposé by investigative journalists at Project Veritas foiled the antifa terrorist plot and led to Kuhn’s arrest in mid-February.

Court documents obtained by GotNews reveal Kuhn signed a pretrial release agreement on March 2. (Kuhn’s trial is slated for October 2.) Kuhn’s release from jail until his trial, for conspiracy to commit assault, requires him to comply with a deferred sentencing agreement, which demands he “not violate any law.”
The gang of bicyclists—who, according to Kuhn, were with a group called the D.C. Bike Party—were themselves committing multiple D.C. moving violations, most obviously by having more than two riders go side by side.

A D.C. Bike Party Facebook post promoting the event beforehand doesn’t condone the unlawful blocking of both lanes, reading, “We ride on the right lane, closest to the right, avoiding debris of all sorts.”
A guide to bike laws distributed by the city transportation department explains, with respect to the driver, why Kuhn’s verbal encouragement of others to commit further moving violations was off base.
In Kuhn’s deferred sentencing agreement, Assistant U.S. Attorney Greg Rosen signed off on dismissing Kuhn’s charges should Kuhn apologize to Deploraball organizers, and do 48 hours of community service. Kuhn’s “community service,” according to court documents, is being done at Grassroots D.C., an alternative media outlet, to which Kuhn has long been a contributor, dedicated to fighting social justice causes like gentrification and the deportation of illegal immigrants.
According to nonprofit filings obtained by GotNews, Grassroots D.C. is in part funded by the “charity” Alliance for Global Justice, or AFGJ. As we reported Thursday, AFGJ is a financial front for revolutionary communist street terrorists.
