Indicted ophthalmologist Salomon Melgen donated at least $12,500 to New York attorney general Eric Schneiderman, New York State Board of Elections records show.
Melgen is set to stand trial in federal court with New Jersey Democratic Sen. Bob Menendez on Sept. 6 for bribery and corruption charges in an explosive case that also included underage prostitutes mocked by fake news journalists but verified by the FBI. GotNews editor-in-chief Charles C. Johnson plans to host a press conference in Newark, New Jersey the day the trial begins.
Melgen allegedly ran a massive Medicare fraud for years, running up what could be tens of millions in fake charges. When authorities raided his offices in 2013, he was already fighting tooth and nail—with help from Menendez pressuring White House officials—to reclaim $9 million Medicare said he fraudulently billed them for. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for Southern Florida states Melgen received more than $105 million in Medicare reimbursements between 2008 and 2013. “A substantial portion of these reimbursed payments were allegedly obtained through fraudulent billing,” the office states.
In other words, the same officials leading a witch hunt against Trump and his associates are in bed with deeply shady if not corrupt figures. Special counsel Robert Mueller brought Schneiderman on board to investigate former Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort for alleged financial misdeeds in an effort to punish Trump’s campaign for daring to win a presidential election. A former Mueller deputy said live on CNN the Deep State will “kill this guy,” meaning President Donald Trump.
During the general election, Schneiderman targeted Trump University and the Trump Foundation:

Schneiderman also supported corrupt Democrat Hillary Clinton for president, further calling into question his role into Mueller’s “Russian interference” probe.

Will Schneiderman return Melgen’s campaign contributions?
