Pundit Glenn Beck has claimed that Ted Cruz is the fulfillment of a Mormon prophecy and helped him deliver Utah.
So it’s worth looking at how much money Beck was paid to prophesize a prophecy. And, from the looks of it, it’s fairly pricy.
Glenn Beck’s company Mercury Radio Arts Inc. got at least $10,000 from the Cruz campaign, according to an FEC disbursement.
Keep the Promise PAC paid Beck $16,000, according to this Schedule B.
We don’t know how much other money Beck was paid but this is a good place to start.
Cruz was obviously gonna win the Glenn Beck primary, but I think Beck hurt Cruz, long term, by going Full Joseph Smith.

We reached out to Beck’s people and will update this if we hear back.
But given that his business is melting down… we don’t expect it.
