Nineteen-year-old Dylan Noble was likely under the influence when he played an ill-fated “game of chicken” with law enforcement, Fresno cop sources tell GotNews.com.
Noble was well known to law enforcement despite his relative youth. He was pinched for drunk driving last year.
How again did Noble have his license if he pled guilty to driving drunk under age?
Dylan Noble can be heard on the camera saying “I hate my life” before he is shot dead by the Fresno police. This looks like suicide by cops.

“He had been pulled over before and he may have thought it was a joke,” says a local police officer.
Police officers may also have been on edge — #BlackLivesMatter terrorists attempted to shutdown a freeway this past week — though our source says that it’s unlikely that the two officers with a combined 40 years experience.
“Officer safety comes first,” says our local cop. “Everything you do in your profession reverts back to safety. It’s a good shoot. #BlackLivesMatter and Obama so-called Justice Department was looking for a white guy to keep their credibility as non-racist against whites but the poster boy isn’t Dylan Noble.”
