U.S. Senate candidate of the Reform Party and gadfly Shawn O’Hara once filed a lawsuit against the Forrest Count Democratic Party saying his rights were violated.
O’Hara claimed that he should be allowed to run in 21 elections in Mississippi and his fifth run for governor.
Rather hilariously O’Hara complains in the 2007 suit because the party had the wrong address for him but he didn’t get his paperwork because his paperwork was sent to a vacant lot.
O’Hara lists his address as a PO Box and two phone numbers.
P.O. Box 15275, Hattiesburg MS 39404… 601-271-2700 office and 601-584-9020 home…
Reverse phone lookup of the Home number links to a landline associated with Nancy G Schmitz in Hattiesburg at the address: 361 Macedonia Rd. Petal, MS
Reverse look up of the office phone is a number associated with Shawn Richard, same P.O. Box.
The O’Hara’s P.O. Box is also the address for the committee for Barbara Dale Washer, who is a 2014 Reform candidate for House 3rd District in MS. Her campaign lists Devon O’Hara as its Treasurer.
Despite the controversial past of O’Hara–he once helped the KKK–the Mississippi GOP’s Delbert Hosemann has helped advance his political career. (See “Where In The World?”)

If O’Hara drops out of the race for U.S. Senate, any write-in votes would count for Chris McDaniel.
