Revenge pornographer Nick Denton has been personally held liable by a Florida court but the real question is whether or not Denton will go to prison.
Denton was hit with a $115M+ judgment against him and A. J. Daulerio and Gawker.
While Denton runs around fretting about the implications of the First Amendment he took VC money from a Russian oligarch linked to assassination plots against journalists.
Invasion of privacy is a felony in Florida.
His wallet has learned what happens when Hulkmania runs wild on him. But what about his personal liberty? We’ll see.
I’m proud of the role I played in stopping Internet emotional terrorists from winning.
Gawker terrorized me for suing to get Michael Brown’s juvenile records.
They made up a story about me defecating on the floor and sexually assaulting livestock in order to harm my journalistic reputation.
In fact I had called an ambulance and rescued a fellow student who had defecated and vomited all over himself. I was the Good Samaritan but Gawker didn’t care.
Instead they published a smear against me based upon an anonymous comment on my college blog no doubt written by Michael Wilner, a woman beater and editor of the Jerusalem Post’s Washington bureau.
Gawker was a group of emotional terrorists who ruined people for fun.

I spent quite a bit of money to sue them in a California and Missouri court. It was worth every penny.

Hulk Hogan just made $115M for sleeping with a friend’s wife.
Only in Florida, people.
I told you that everything was going according to plan with Gawker in January.
Now is the beginning of the end of click baiting terrorism.
