Today a jury declared Rolling Stone responsible for publishing defamatory content against University of Virginia dean Nicole Eramo.
I attended the trial one day and followed it throughout the deliberations.
Our reporting was used throughout the Rolling Stone trial, especially when it came to Rolling Stone hoax author Sabrina Rubin Erdely.
We were the first to expose Erdely’s past history of fabrication as well as the first to name Jackie Coakley.
While no one showed the courage to name the hoax artist behind the Rolling Stone I did. And I took my lumpings for it.
This site was hit with denial of service attacks and I was personally smeared.
But today the worm is turning against corporate media that puts its profits above principles, people, and the truth.
Just the other day Gawker settled with Hulk Hogan. (We are currently in settlement discussions with Gawker for their own libel of me.)
I was persecuted for having breaking the name of the hoax artist.
The Young Turks even accused me of “inciting violence” against Jackie Coakley!
I was accused repeatedly and falsely of outing a rape victim when no rape occurred!
Now Rolling Stone is entering into an argument with a princeling from Singapore.

We’ll see how long that deal lasts now that a judgement has been found against the company which once posted a terrorist on the cover.
That’s not very Singapore.
