How do you take a company from $74 a share to $15.25 in under two years?
You make your CEO a serial liar, admitted criminal, and social justice warrior who suspends people based upon what his boyfriend or his feminist friends want.
That’s what Jack Dorsey has done.
We’ve already talked about how social signaling can be a tell for a stock like Netflix.
That goes doubly for Twitter which is collapsing under poor management, poor strategy, and poor market conditions.
Dorsey pretty much lied his way to becoming the CEO of Twitter, as recounted in Nick Bilton’s Hatching Twitter: A True Story of Money, Power, Friendship, and Betrayal.
Dorsey admitted to committing a felony on 60 Minutes.
JACK DORSEY: I found a way into the website, I found a security hole. And —
LARA LOGAN: Is that the same thing as hacking?
JACK DORSEY: It’s uh, yes.
Andrew “Weev” Auernheimer got federal prison time for arithmetic with the iPad but Dorsey got to run Twitter.
Dorsey suspended me last year for raising money to do research on his boyfriend Deray Mckesson. Even Slate thought the illegal move was wrong.
You’ll note that Mckesson also got donations from Twitter executives in his failed quest to be the next mayor of Baltimore.
DeRay McKesson just disclosed, largest donors include Netflix CEO Reed Hastings, Slack's Stewart Butterfield, Twitter chair Omid Kordestani

So we turned around and shorted their stock.
The discrimination against conservative white users is Twitter’s Achilles’ heel.
Even cuckservative publications like Reason are realizing it, albeit obliquely.
“Did Twitter’s Orwellian ‘Trust and Safety’ Council Get Robert Stacy McCain Banned? Prominent GamerGate figure clashed with council member Anita Sarkeesian. Now he’s gone.”
Last month Jack Dorsey lied and said that Twitter does not censor users.
We told you this was happening but you didn’t really listen, did you?
Twitter banned Charles Johnson so he shorted their stock, which is now down 14%. https://t.co/I0Jl69OTnk

By the end of this I may be the only one who made any money out of Twitter.
